Site briefings

A reporting week you can plan around

Custom to our service model: the practical rhythm of construction progress dashboards and site reporting from kick-off to delivered pack.

Most single-site dashboard briefings follow this cadence. Retainers compress the same steps into a known monthly window.

Day 0

Kick-off

We confirm zone names, programme milestones, escort contact, and who must read the pack. You send access notes for sealed floors or live pours.

Day 1–2

Site walk

Half-day escorted visit. We photograph reachable zones, note incomplete trades, and mark gaps where photography was blocked.

Day 3–5

Compose

Photos and notes become a construction progress dashboard briefing with captions a remote recipient can follow.

Day 5–7

Deliver & debrief

PDF pack arrives ahead of your meeting. Optional thirty-minute call for clarification — not a contractual opinion.

What to prepare before we arrive

  • Current programme extract with milestone dates
  • Zone or floor naming sheet used by the site team
  • Escort who can unlock plant rooms and incomplete floors
  • List of recipients and the decision the meeting must support
